Coriant provides return-to-factory repair services and advance replacement services from our global warehouses or repair centers to/from our customers. Coriant is continuing to accelerate our integration efforts with only a few distinct repair contact points remaining for the products originating from the former Tellabs and Sycamore Networks Solutions, Inc. portfolios. Customers with a support agreement can also create a Hardware Service (HWS) case via the Coriant Customer Portal or by contacting the Coriant Support Center.
