Designated Support Manager

Designated Support Manager assigns a Coriant technical/business resource to work directly with you to: 

  • Plan, coordinate, manage, direct, and report on services delivered
  • Provide informal consultation on operational support matters
  • Facilitate resolution of support issues and serve as a single point of contact for questions regarding Care Services delivered  

The Designated Support Manager service includes quarterly scheduled meetings to review the technical, operational, and quality aspects of the Care Services delivered.
