Hardware Services

With our Care Service agreements, we provide various levels of hardware services, including:

Return-to-Factory Repair provides a committed hardware repair service for a fixed budget and a committed turnaround time. Coriant will repair the hardware you returned or swap for a part identical in form, fit, and function.

Advance Replacement provides rapid shipment of replacement hardware prior to the defective product being returned for repair. In general, we will ship a requested part on the same or next business day.

If you do not want to buy and maintain huge stocks of spare parts, Managed Hardware Replacement includes delivery of replacement hardware directly to your sites within a defined time interval, typically on the same day.
